The device comprises a supporting box body, first through holes are formed in the outer walls of the two sides of the supporting box body, and a stepping motor is connected to the central outer wall of the top of the supporting box body through bolts; an output shaft of the steeping motor is connected with a rotary shaft through a bolt, the outer wall of the other end of the rotary shaft is connected to the central inner wall of the bottom of the supporting box body through a bearing, a rotary gear sleeves the circumferential outer wall of the rotary shaft through bolts, and supporting rods are arranged on the outer walls of the two circumferential ends of the rotary gear. According to the no-injury seedling transferring device for agricultural production, by arranging the steeping motor, the rotary gear and the supporting rods, the steeping motor drives the rotary gear to rotate, the rotary gear drives the two supporting rods to move telescopically back and forth, a hollow semi-ring is driven to rotate, digging is conducted through the first semi-ring, and quite effective effect of digging is achieved.
