Abstract

The invention provides a method, device, medium and apparatus for realizing document sharing in audio and a video conference. The method is applied to a cloud server, and comprises the following steps: receiving a document sharing request from a sharer terminal, and obtaining a to-be-shared document associated with the document sharing request; converting the to-be-shared document into a picture set in a preset format; determining a shared picture from the picture set; and sending the shared picture to all the conference participant terminals, wherein all the conference participant terminals comprise the sharer terminal. According to the technical scheme, the data size needing to be transmitted during document sharing can be reduced, and smooth document sharing experience can be provided for a user of the mobile terminal during audio and video conferences.
