The pressure-reducing pressure-stabilizing and constant-pressure starting valvecomprises a valve body, a valve cover, a first valve cavity, a second valve cavity, a pressure reducing adjusting mechanism, a constant-pressure adjusting mechanism and a check valve element, whereinthe two ends of the valve body are detachably connected with the valve cover and a connecting seat respectively, the first valve cavity is formed by the valve cover and the valve body, the second valve cavity formed by the valve body and the connecting seat, the pressure reducing adjusting mechanism is arranged in the first valve cavity, the constant-pressure adjusting mechanism is arranged in thepressure reducing adjusting mechanism, and the check valve element is arranged in the cavity of the connecting seat. According to the pressure-reducing pressure-stabilizing and constant-pressure starting valve for fire fighting, the constant-pressure starting valve is arranged through the pressure reducing adjusting mechanism and the constant-pressure adjusting mechanism, the starting valve is opened slowly, and when the stable pressure is reached, the opening action is completed, and no instant overpressure explosion hazard is generated; the opening degree of an automatic adjusting valve element is kept constant in the pressure reduction process, and the output stability of a fire extinguishing medium is ensured; through the arrangement of the check valve element, the fire extinguishingmedium is prevented from flowing back into the starting valve, the sealing of the fire extinguishing medium is kept, and the storage is safe; and due to the arrangement of a low-leakage high-sealing valve, the starting valve is ensured not to act.
