The invention provides a hybrid alternating current charging pile for an electric vehicle and an electric bicycle. The hybrid alternating current charging pile comprises a charging pile body, an electric control module, a metering control module and a charging management module, wherein the electric control module, the metering control module and the charging management module are installed in thecharging pile body; and the electric control module comprises a charging interface for the electric vehicle and a plurality of charging interfaces for the electric bicycle or the multiple charging interfaces for the electric bicycle. The hybrid alternating current charging pile integrates the charging functions of the electric vehicle and the electric bicycle into a whole, the charging use of theelectric vehicle can be met, the charging use of the electric bicycle can be further met, the number of the charging interfaces of the electric bicycle can be flexibly configured, and whether one charging interface of the electric vehicle is configured or not can be further selected, multiple purposes can be achieved on one pile, and the cost of the whole charging pile is not increased compared with an alternating current charging pile which only meets charging of the electric vehicle, the application requirements of the market can be met, and the maximum utilization of charging facility resources is achieved.
