The mobile platform power driving device drives the translation type gauge conversion device to move longitudinally through a motor-crank connecting link kinematic pair, the translation type gauge conversion device is used for unlocking and locking a gauge-changeable wheel set and provides a transverse guidance effect on the axial gauge-changeable motion of the gauge-changeable wheel set in the axial direction of the wheel set, the bearing walking rails provide bearing and vertical guide effects for the translation type gauge conversion device, the limiting device performs transverse centering positioning and vertical limiting for the motion direction, and the gantry type suspension device fixes the position of the wheel set of the bogie and unloads the wheel set.
