AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This technology allows for better understanding about how an object's shape changes over time due to its environment or other factors like temperature. It also enables faster image analysis compared to previous methods that had limited resolution. By combining different types of data into one module, this new method provides greater flexibility while still supporting fast computing speeds.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes two types of techniques: one uses optically processed elements called wavelets or gratings to achieve 360 degree range coverage with less energy usage than traditional antenna arrays; another involves combining multiple small mirror images through interference effects between them to create a larger image area without increasing their size.

Abstract

The invention relates to a photoelectric collaborative processing system for panoramic imaging of a high-resolution synthetic aperture radar signal. The system comprises a light source module, a plurality of parallel sub data processing unit, a summation module, and a collection module. The light source module is used for generating a plurality of beams of same parallel laser beams as inputs of the sub data processing units. Each sub data processing unit includes a data modulation module, an imaging module, an interpolation operation module and a phase shift operation module to realize modulation of the SAR sub data block, generation of a low-resolution image, sinc interpolation operation and outputting after frequency spectrum shifting. The summation module is used for carrying out summation operation on beams outputted by all sub data processing units to obtain a high-resolution panoramic SAR image. The collection module is used for collecting and displaying the SAR image. Compared with the prior art, the system has advantages of parallel processing, real-time imaging, high flexibility, and the like.
