The system has the advantages that effects of triggering an alarm and reminding medical nursing personnel of clients are realized through mutual cooperation of a moving plate, top plates, pressure sensors, a button, electric push rods, vertical plates, a support plate, horizontal plates, buffer springs, a first contact piece and a second contact piece, a sudden phenomenon of a patient can be discovered firstly by other personnel when the same appears, risks of patients and the elderlyare reduced, an effect of protecting the button is exerted through arranging a protection shell, a hinge, an iron block and a magnet, accidental touching of the button is avoided, convenience during disassembly is greatly improved, and great convenience is brought to a user.
