Abstract

The invention discloses a biofuel boiler feeding isolation device. The biofuel boiler feeding isolation device comprises a discharging bin, wherein a discharging groove and a gathering groove are formed in the discharging bin, and the discharging groove and the gathering groove communicate with each other; a material separating cylinder is fixedly mounted on the lower surface of the discharging bin through two fixing frames, and the interior of the material separating cylinder is hollow; a feeding groove is formed in the material separating cylinder, and an obliquely-arranged connecting pipe communicates between the discharging bin and the material separating cylinder; and the inner diameter of the connecting pipe is larger than the groove width of the feeding groove, and the inner diameter of the connecting pipe is equal to the minimum groove width of the gathering groove. The biofuel boiler feeding isolation device has the advantages that the overall use cost of the device is low, through the cooperation of the discharging groove, the gathering groove, the connecting pipe and the feeding groove, fuel can be discharged to drive a material separating plate to rotate, and the rotation in the discharging process can be completed without a large amount of additional energy; and meanwhile, the probability that the device is completely stopped due to faults is low, and the discharging operation can be smoothly carried out in a power failure state.
