The invention relates to a total target quantity distribution method, device and equipment. The method comprises the following steps: determining the annual total target quantity of a whole company; respectively obtaining the annual reference completion amount of each sub-company, wherein the annual reference completion amount comprises the average value of the historical annual completion amountsof the sub-companies or the annual average completion amount of the industry where the sub-companies are located; dividing all the sub-companies into a first sub-company group, a second sub-company group and a third sub-company group in a preset mode according to the average value of the completion amount of each historical year; splitting the annual total target quantity into a first sub-targetquantity, a second sub-target quantity and a third sub-target quantity according to the annual average completion quantity of the industry of the place where the sub-company is located; and based on apreset allocation mode, allocating the first sub-target quantity to each sub-company in the first sub-company group, allocating the second sub-target quantity to each sub-company in the second sub-company group, and allocating the third sub-target quantity to each sub-company in the third sub-company group, thereby realizing reasonable allocation of the total target quantity.
