Abstract

The invention provides an automatic calibration device for a motor vehicle steering wheel force angle instrument and a brake control force meter. The automatic calibration device comprises a base, a first vertical guide frame, a test piece tool, a test piece tool platform, a first lifting mechanism, a second vertical guide frame, a weight set, a weight supporting plate, a second lifting mechanism,a third lifting mechanism, a force application frame and a controller. The mounting height of a test piece can be adjusted through the first lifting mechanism to adapt to measurement of different types of instruments; the weight set can be driven to ascend and descend through the second lifting mechanism, weights apply force to the force application frame in sequence in the descending process ofthe weight supporting plate, and step-by-step pressurization can be achieved; the force application frame can be driven to ascend and descend through the third lifting mechanism, so that the force application frame can be conveniently adjusted to a to-be-measured position; the controller can control lifting actions of the second lifting mechanism and the third lifting mechanism according to set programs, loading and unloading are automatically achieved, data of a to-be-tested instrument are collected, and efficient calibration is implemented.
