Abstract

The system is characterized in that a circulating pump is arranged in a phase change energy storage water tank, a rotating chassis is arranged on the phase change energy storage water tank, a rotating shaft controlled by an automatic control device is arranged in the rotating chassis, and a bottom plate is arranged on the rotating chassis.
