Problems solved by technology

However, because its oxygen-permeable membrane and electrodes are easy to age, when the water sample contains algae, sulfide, carbonate, oil and other substances, the oxygen-permeable membrane will be blocked or damaged, and it needs to be cleaned and protected. Oxygen concentration is determined by the oxidation-reduc

Abstract

The invention discloses a dissolved oxygen detection device based on a micro-fluidic chip, which comprises a control circuit, a detection circuit and a micro-fluidic chip sensor; the center of the micro-fluidic chip sensor is provided with a closed detection cavity formed by an upper layer and a lower layer, and an oxygen permeation membrane is arranged between the upper layer and the lower layer;a to-be-detected solution inlet pipe and a to-be-detected solution outlet pipe are symmetrically arranged on the side edge of the upper-layer cavity, a microelectrode is arranged in the lower-layer cavity, an electrolyte inlet pipe and an electrolyte outlet pipe are symmetrically arranged on the side edge of the cavity, the microelectrode is connected with a detection circuit for detecting current, and a current signal is fed back to the control circuit. and the concentration of oxygen in the solution is calculated. According to the device, the concentration of dissolved oxygen is detected ina flowing state of a solution to be detected, so that the operation of continuously stirring in a traditional device is avoided; after detection is finished, automatic cleaning is conducted, the electrolyte is automatically replaced at regular intervals, the detection precision is improved, and wide application prospects are achieved.
