Abstract

The invention discloses an insulating hanging rod which comprises a hook, a wire clamp and an insulating rod made of an insulating material, one end of the insulating rod is connected with the hook, the other end of the insulating rod is fixedly connected with the wire clamp, and scale marks are arranged on the outer surface of the insulating rod. The insulating rod comprises a telescopic rod assembly whose length can be adjusted by stretching and contracting and a locking assembly used for locking the length of the telescopic rod assembly, when the locking assembly is in a first state, the telescopic rod assembly is stressed to change telescopically, and when the locking assembly is in the second state, the locking assembly limits the telescopic change of the telescopic rod assembly. Through the arrangement, the insulating hanging rod serves as a standing tool for live lap joint lead operation, the insulating hanging rod is arranged in a telescopic adjustment mode and is provided withthe scale marks, distance measurement in the operation process is facilitated, the operation difficulty is reduced, and the problem that in the prior art, during live lap joint lead operation, the length of a lead is inconvenient to determine is solved; and the number of tools carried by operators is not increased, so that the safety of the operators is guaranteed.
