Abstract

The invention relates to a mechanical life test tool and a test method. The mechanical life test tool comprises a fixed base which is provided with a test piece installation structure, a support frame which is fixed on the fixed base and equipped with a pushing piece on the support frame in a guiding manner, a cam shaft used for being clamped on a main shaft of the rotary machine tool, and a cam body which is fixed to the cam shaft and used for being matched with the end face of the pushing piece and pushing the pushing piece to act during rotation. The test method comprises the following steps of: step 1, fixedly mounting a to-be-tested component on the fixed base, and fixing the fixed base on a tool rest or a workbench of the rotary machine tool; secondly, clamping a cam on the main shaft of the rotary machine tool, so that the cam is made to be matched with a pushing piece assembled on the fixed base in a guiding mode; and step 3, driving the cam to rotate by means of the main shaft of the rotary machine tool, and pushing a self-resetting movable part on the to-be-tested component through the pushing part. According to the mechanical life test tool and the test method, the problems of high cost and long period of mechanical life test in the prior art can be solved.
