Abstract

The invention relates to a DNA material evidence identification STR typing comparison method based on a memory stack technology. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring DNA source data requested to be compared by a user; converting the DNA source data into memory stack data; establishing a comparison algorithm model library; analyzing the memory stack data; selecting a comparison algorithm model from the comparison algorithm model library according to an analysis result; and utilizing the comparison algorithm model to carry out STR typing comparison on the memory stack data to obtain an STR typing comparison result. According to the invention, the typing comparison speed of DNA can be improved.
