Abstract

The invention discloses an embedded angular displacement online measurement method and device; a dial is arranged on a measured workpiece and can rotate by a corresponding angle along with the measured workpiece; a displacement sensor is arranged on the dial, and the dial rotates by a certain angle along with the rotation of the measured workpiece; a displacement sensor mounted on the dial outputs a series of pulse signals, and the magnitude of the rotation angular displacement can be calculated by carrying out noise reduction and pulse counting on the pulse signals. The device is simple in structure, convenient to install, high in testing precision and capable of achieving on-line measurement of angular displacement in a narrow space.
