Abstract

The invention discloses a limited space artillery balancing device. The limited space artillery balancing device comprises a balancing weight, a trunnion solver, a trunnion extension block, a bearing, a toothed arc plate, a transmission part and a servo system, wherein an artillery is mounted on an artillery cradle through a trunnion, the trunnion solver is installed outside the trunnion and is used for collecting pitching angle data of the artillery in real time and sending the data to the servo system, the trunnion extension block is coaxially fixed at one end of the trunnion, one end of the balancing weight is coaxially mounted on the trunnion extension block through the bearing, the toothed arc plate is fixed to the balancing weight, a toothed arc is machined on the toothed arc plate, the toothed arc and the trunnion extension block are coaxial, and the transmission part is mounted at the tail part of the artillery, is matched with the toothed arc and is used for driving the relative movement of the transmission part and the balancing weight. By means of the limited space artillery balancing device, under the condition that the space is limited, the artillery can reach dynamic balance relative to the rotation center within a certain angle range, so that the servo system can dynamically and accurately control the pitching angle of the artillery, and the shooting hit rate is increased.
