Abstract

The invention provides a correlation-based power battery pack fault diagnosis method and system. The correlation-based power battery pack fault diagnosis method comprises the following steps: acquiring data associated with parameters meeting correlation requirements between a target power battery and a reference power battery in a power battery pack; calculating the true values of the parameters meeting the correlation requirements based on the data; calculating the current parameter prediction value of the target power battery according to the historical parameter true values of the target power battery and the reference power battery and the current parameter true value of the reference power battery by using a correlation-based parameter prediction algorithm; and according to the real value and the predicted value of the parameter, determining whether a short-circuit fault occurs in the target power battery at present, and performing early warning when the fault occurs. According to the invention, battery abnormity can be accurately measured under different battery states and measurement noise interference, and online battery pack short-circuit fault diagnosis is carried out.
