Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in the patents relating to hawsharean production involves manual removing or cutting off large portions (such as branches) from hemp plants without causing damage during their handling process. Current methods are tedious for operators who have limited physical abilities such as handsightness or lacking concentration. Therefore, an improved method has been developed called HAWTHROUGHER® technology.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of fruit processing, and discloses a hawthorn pitting processing device which comprises a rotating disc, an extension ring is fixedly connected to the rotating disc, four through holes which are evenly distributed at 90 degrees are formed in the extension ring, and inserting rods are movably connected into the through holes in a sleeved mode. According to the invention, by designing the rotating disc, the extension ring, the positioning disc, the movable cavity, the sliding block I, the sliding block II, the induction block and the insertion rod, when a hawthorn is inserted into the insertion rod at the top, the rotating disc can automatically rotate due to the dead weight of components on the rotating disc, so that the bottom of the insertion rod at the top extrudes the sliding block I, and the sliding block II drives the induction block to extend out of the movable cavity; according to the haw pitting device, the induction block is arranged, the insertion rod with haws is blocked when touching the induction block during rotation, and the pitting knife performs pitting action after receiving a signal of the induction block, so that the pitting time interval of the haws can be effectively controlled by an operator, and the problems of injury and low efficiency caused by the fact that the operator cannot follow the set time interval of the machine are solved.
