The invention discloses a fixing and limiting mechanism for lithium battery installation, and particularly relates to the field of lithium batteries, the fixing and limiting mechanism comprises an installation frame body and a lithium battery, the bottom of the installation frame body is fixedly connected with supporting legs, and the top of the installation frame body is provided with a first through groove; the lithium battery penetrates through the interior of the first through groove and is in lap joint with the bottom of the inner wall of the mounting frame body, two partition plates are fixedly connected to the positions, located on the edges of the two sides of the first through groove, in the mounting frame body, second through grooves and through holes are formed in the side faces of the partition plates, and the second through grooves are located above the through holes. By arranging a first telescopic rod and a first spring, an inserting rod can be inserted into an inserting hole in a fixing block on the side surface of a lithium battery, so that the lithium battery is fixed, and meanwhile, by utilizing a second telescopic rod and a second spring, a clamping plate can penetrate through a second through groove and is clamped with a clamping block on the side surface of the lithium battery; therefore, the lithium battery is further limited.
