Abstract

The invention discloses a wheelchair pedal folding mechanism which comprises a supporting pipe and a pedal, the number of the supporting pipes is two, the two supporting pipes are the left supporting pipe and the right supporting pipe respectively, and the left supporting pipe and the right supporting pipe are symmetrically fixed to the wheelchair. The right pedal assembly is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the right supporting pipe; the right pull rod assembly is fixedly mounted at the top of the right supporting pipe; and the left pedal assembly is fixedly installed at the bottom of the left supporting pipe, and the left pedal assembly and the right pedal assembly are the same in structure and are symmetrically arranged. According to the device, a user can conveniently get on and off the wheelchair, the pedal is normally in a folded state, the pedal can be controlled to be unfolded through a device on the wheelchair seat frame, the pedal cannot be automatically folded after being unfolded, and the pedal can be automatically folded by pressing a button.
