The invention discloses a sleep environment control system. An analysis module is used for judging whether the current time is within a set sleep time period or not and judging the state of a user according to physiological data; if the current time is within the set sleep time period, a sleep aiding control instruction is output; if the current time is not in the set sleep time period and the user is in the sleep state, outputting a comfortable wake-up control instruction; the execution module generates one or more of set sleep-aiding sound, sleep-aiding light, sleep-aiding smell, sleep-aiding temperature, sleep-aiding humidity and sleep-aiding oxygen concentration when receiving the sleep-aiding control instruction; the execution module generates one or more of set wake-up sound, wake-up light, wake-up smell, wake-up temperature, wake-up humidity, wake-up oxygen concentration and wake-up wind speed when receiving the comfort wake-up control instruction; the sleep quality of the user and the comfort after awakening are improved, and the problems that at present, the sleep quality is poor and the comfort after awakening is poor are solved.
