The invention discloses a method for preparing three-dimensional porous bioactive glass. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a three-dimensional porous silicate nanosheet array to serve as a main support material of the bioactive glass through a hydrothermal method; regulating the concentration and reaction time to regulate the particle size of macroporous silicate nanosheets and the size of the nanosheets; and supporting a microporous molecular sieve onto the silicate nanosheets through the hydrothermal method, thereby obtaining the three-dimensional porous bioactive glass of a hierarchical structure. The bioactive glass prepared by the method has a similar structure to that of a natural bone material. The microporous molecular sieve has a drug sustained release function, a composite structure and a functional bionics principle.
