The invention discloses a treatment system and method for mixed waste liquid of drilling wastewater and fracturing flowback fluid. The system comprise a wastewater storage unit, a flocculant filling unit, a coagulant aid filling unit, a static mixing unit, a micro-chemical flocculation unit, a gravity settling unit, an ion masking agent filling unit and an ion exchange unit. A flocculant is addedto the mixed waste liquid of the drilling wastewater and the fracturing flowback fluid sequentially and evenly mixed with the mixed waste liquid, a coagulant aid is added to the mixed waste liquid ofthe drilling wastewater and the fracturing flowback fluid for reaction, floating matter and precipitates are finally removed by standing, corresponding treatment agents are selected according to the characteristics of different metal ions in the wastewater to remove calcium, magnesium and boron ions in the wastewater, and treatment can be completed with the process.
