The invention discloses a thermal power
plant dead steam
condensed water and
waste heat recovery system and method. The
system comprises a low-temperature
condensed water pipe, a mixed dead steam recoverer, a water tank, a non-condensable gas emptying
pipe, a dead steam emptying
pipe, a periodic blowdown flash tank, a water-sealed valve and a dead steam
recovery pipe. An outlet of the low-temperature condensate pipe is communicated with a cooling water inlet of the
mixed type dead steam recoverer, a bottom outlet of the
mixed type dead steam recoverer is communicated with a top inlet of the water tank, and a top outlet of the
mixed type dead steam recoverer is communicated with a dead steam emptying pipe through a non-condensable gas emptying pipe. An inlet of the waste steam emptying pipe is communicated with the periodic blowdown flash tank through a water-sealed valve, a pipeline between the water-sealed valve and the periodic blowdown flash tank is communicated with a waste steam inlet of the
mixed waste steam recoverer through a waste steam
recovery pipe, a waste steam recovery shut-off valve is arranged on the waste steam recovery pipe, and the
system and the method can safely and efficiently recover flash waste steam.
