The invention discloses a distance measuring method. The method measures a distance by a mixer, and comprises the steps of dividing the same
radio frequency signal function into two signals of different phases and different phases; receiving one of the signals by a LO end of the mixer, and using a RF end to receive the reflected
signal of the other
signal at a measured distance; calculating the measured distance according to the
phase difference and the frequency of the input signal of the LO end and the RF end. The method utilizes the device characteristics of the mixer, converts the signalsinto
phase difference data, performs
distance measurement, and has high precision and wide measurement range; the invention also provides a distance measuring device and
system, a pair of antennas (atransmitting antenna and a receiving antenna) are only needed to achieve high-precision
ranging, there is no special requirements on the signal form (
continuous wave and pulses), and the
system and device are conducive to the achievement of high-precision calculation of measurement parameters.
