According to the method, the flow field of the biological pool is accurately controlled, the flow speed at a plane of the biological pool is dynamically and accurately controlled, a plane stirring range is expanded, and a stirring dead zone is reduced, so activated sludge at different positions of the biological pool is well in a suspended state, and the phenomenon of sludge precipitation is avoided.
