The invention discloses a device and method for measuring the contents of oxygen, nitrogen and part of organic gas in mixed gas. The method comprises the following steps: a mixed gas is introduced into a sample through a six-way valve; organic gas is detained through a Q column, residual oxygen and nitrogen are detected through a thermal conductivity cell (TCD) detector, a spectrogram is obtained,then the organic gas detained through the Q column is detected through a hydrogen flame (FID) detector, the spectrogram is obtained, and finally the peak areas of all components in the two spectrograms are measured through gas chromatography, so that the content of all the gases is obtained. The method disclosed by the invention is high in precision and accuracy, good in repeatability and simple,convenient and rapid to operate.
