The invention provides a method and device for monitoring the motion state of seeds in a vibration seed tray of a seed metering device, which is mainly used for monitoring the motion state of seeds in the vibration seed tray during precision seeding and seedling raising of paddy rice and other granular grains with irregular shapes and small and medium sizes. The invention is characterized in that sensitive elements are arranged on the inner surface of the vibration seed tray of the seed metering apparatus in a multi-point manner and used for monitoring the impact signals of seeds in different areas of the seed tray; characteristic signals including seam thickness, dispersion degree and the like of seeds in a measuring area are obtained through a signal modulation circuit; and a secondary instrument collects parameters of the characteristic signals real-timely, performs multi-information fusion and calculates according to an established seed quantity monitoring model and an established seed dispersion state monitoring model so as to obtain the quantity, the distribution uniformity and the dispersion degree of seeds in the vibration seed tray. The method and device implements real-time monitoring of the motion state of seeds in the vibration seed tray of the seed metering apparatus and can provide a seed adding signal and a control signal of the vibration parameter of the seed tray.

Integrated ultra-small network wireless data transmission current meter

The invention discloses an integrated ultra-small network wireless data transmission current meter. The current meter sensor is provided with a propeller, a light emitting source, a receiving photodiode, and a conducting optical fiber, and is characterized by further provided with a microcontroller, a signal conditioning circuit, and a wireless data transmission circuit. A photoelectric propeller-type flow velocity sensor emits a modulated light source. After being treated by filtering, demodulating, amplifying, and shaping, a received reflected signal forms a standard TTL signal connected tothe microcontroller. The wireless data transmission circuit is consisted of a wireless network communication control chip, a radio frequency chip, and a transmitting antenna. The software of the microcontroller is equipped with functions such as signal modulation, signal delay, regular count, data processing, power management, data transmission control, and anti-interference. According to the integrated ultra-small network wireless data transmission current meter, a flow velocity measuring device composed of a plurality of components is optimized into the integrated ultra-small network wireless data transmission current meter, and wireless flow velocity measuring is realized. A single current meter supports point-to-point wireless networking, and multiple current meters support star-type wireless networking, which can be uploaded to a local area network or the Internet to realize network management.
