A testing method for ultra-high bonding strength of a coating mainly aims at testing for the bonding strength of the sprayed coating. The testing method comprises the steps that (1) the to-be-tested coating is sprayed on a cylindrical base body with a thread to form a tensile sample; (2) the tensile sample is machined through a lathe, and thus the diameter of the interface between the to-be-testedcoating and the base body becomes small; (3) through the to-be-tested coating on the tensile sample, the machined tensile sample is bonded with a sandblasted duality sample through epoxy resin glue to form a to-be-tested sample, and the bonding position is entwined through high-temperature tape; (4) the to-be-tested sample is put into a heat treatment furnace to solidify the epoxy resin glue; and(5) the to-be-tested sample with the solidified epoxy resin glue is fixed to an electronic universal testing machine through a thread, and the tensile strength of the coating is calculated by measuring the area of the interface between the to-be-tested coating and the base body and recording tensile force. By decreasing the contact area of the coating and the base body, under the same tensile force, the high bonding strength of the coating can be tested; and according to the testing method, operation is easy, and the technology is reliable.
