Abstract

The invention discloses a sample duplicating technology for a combination containing turquoise blue dyes during cotton fiber dyeing, which comprises the following steps of: 1) dripping dyes into a dye cup according to a formula, adding additives according to a liquor ratio and weighing a sample fabric; 2) putting the dye cup into a sample vat for heating at preset temperature; 3) after temperature rises to 80 DEG C, keeping the temperature to be constant and then adding soda into the dye cup according to the formula; 4) keeping the temperature for 40 to 90 minutes according to shade; and 5) taking the sample fabric with temperature being kept to be constant out of the vat for post-treatment. The sample duplicating technology has the advantages that the color of bulk cargos can be ensured to be accurate, the sample duplicating time is effectively accelerated, the cost is reduced to a certain degree and the income of an enterprise is increased.
