Abstract

The invention discloses a license management method capable of detecting clone for a front-end system. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, sending an account establishing information by a terminal, applying for establishing an account, sending a user name and a verification code by a portal website to the terminal and a front-end server, and respectively generating verification keys; 2, generating a public and private key pair by the terminal, and sending a public key to the front-end server; 3, judging whether a session key exists in a memory of the terminal, if no session key exist in the memory, entering the step 4, otherwise, entering the step 5; 4, communicating by using a temporary key randomly generated by the terminal so as to apply for a content license; and 5, communicating by using the session key so as to apply for the content license. The invention also discloses a license management device capable of detecting the clone for the front-end system. According to the invention, the safety of communication between a client and a digital rights management server is improved; and a terminal clone phenomenon can be detected.
