Abstract

The invention discloses a WFR (Weil Felix Reaction) test card used for detecting typhus rapidly. The WFR test card aims to solve the disadvantage that the classical WFR test stilled adopted for clinical defection of the typhus is fussy to operate and time-consuming. The WFR test card comprises a pad, wherein the pad is provided with a sample pad with water absorbency, a glass fiber strip, a chromatography film and an absorbing pad with water absorbency in a fixing manner sequentially from left to right; the glass fiber strip is uniformly coated with colorful latex particles with marks; the right end of the sample pad is jointed to the glass fiber strip; the right end of the glass fiber strip is jointed to the left end of the chromatography film; the left end of the absorbing pad is jointed to the right end of the chromatography film; the chromatography film is provided with a test line and a control line; the control line is positioned at the right side of the test line; and the test line is formed by fixing one of proteus OX19, proteus OX2 and proteus OXK on the chromatography film. The WFR test card has the advantages of being capable of detecting the typhus rapidly and having simple and convenient detection operations as well as low production cost.
