Benefits of technology

This patented technology improves the efficiency at producing crop products containing both calcium (Ca) elements and other nutrients such as nitrogen or phosphorus while reducing costs associated therewith. It achieves this without causing excessive loss of these essential ingredients during processing steps like milling or mixing them together. Overall, it enhances the overall performance of agricultural produce produced on land compared to traditional methods where they were treated separately beforehand.

Problems solved by technology

There currently exists two methods used commercially: one involves applying calcium nitrogen (CaN) fertilizes directly onto grains without adding any other substances like ammonia gas; another approach involves slowly releasing certain chemicals called humates into plants' roots through an enclosed area around them. These techniques aimed towards controlling both the amount released and timing of these compounds while still being able to provide high yields over time.

Embodiment Construction

[0016] Humic acid controlled-release potassium fertilizer raw materials include: granular potassium sulfate or potassium chloride, humic acid, and bentonite. Mix the pulverized humic acid and bentonite evenly in proportion, according to the ratio of parts by weight (granular potassium sulfate or potassium chloride: humic acid: bentonite=60~70:20~25:10~15), sequentially After preparing the materials, wrap the mixture powder containing humic acid and bentonite on the surface of granular potassium sulfate or potassium chloride with a binder on a disc granulator.

[0017] In order to increase the slow-release effect of the humic acid slow-release potassium fertilizer, the raw material ratio of the slow-release potassium fertilizer also includes 3 parts by weight of the wrapping binder (hydrolyzed carboxymethyl cellulose, lignin, vegetable oil).

[0018] This controlled-release potassium fertilizer rich in organic matter contains 30% to 40% of potassium, 30% to 40% of humic acid, and

Abstract

The invention relates to a controlled release potash fertilizer and a preparation method thereof, and raw materials comprise granular potassium sulfate or potassium chloride, humic acid, and bentonites. The preparation method comprises the following steps: well mixing crushed humic acid and bentonites proportionally, preparing the raw materials according to a weight part ratio (granular potassium sulfate or potassium chloride:humic acid:bentonite=60-70:20-25:10-15), coating the surface of granular potassium sulfate or potassium chloride with the mixture of humic acid and bentonites by using an adhesive on a disc granulator. The controlled release potash fertilizer rich in organic matter comprises 30%-40% of potassium elements, 30%-40% of humic acid, and 5%-8% of bentonites, has a high organic matter content, can effectively realize slow and controlled release of the potash fertilizer, thus can reduce the application amount of the potash fertilizer and reduce plantation cost. When the humic acid slow-release potash fertilizer of the invention is applied to crops, not only the yield is increased, but also the quality is improved.
