AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This technology prevents temperatures that could be very hot inside certain parts of an apparatus like cookers while also keeping it cool down by giving more energy than usual for better performance at lower temperature levels.

Problems solved by technology

The technical problem addressed in this patented text relates to improving the efficiency at which fuel can be transformed into biofuel during conversion processes without causing damage from excessive temperatures that could cause fires or poor performance.

Abstract

The invention discloses a temperature-controllable biomass burner, which comprises a shell, a fire tube, a fire mouth at the end of the fire tube, a fire grate, a combustion chamber at the upper part of the fire grate, an ash chamber at the lower part of the fire grate, an ash discharge port at the bottom of the ash chamber, a feeding system which is connected with the combustion chamber, an explosion-proof port which is installed at the top of the combustion chamber, an air distribution and ignition system which is connected with the fire grate, an access door which is arranged below the shell, and a control system which is installed outside the shell. By adopting the method, the temperature-controllable biomass burner provided by the invention has the advantages that the temperature of the fire mouth of the combustion chamber can be controlled, and not only can the influence caused by too low temperature be avoided, but also the damage caused by too high temperature to equipment can be avoided.
