Benefits of technology

This technology allows for quick joining fabrics together while also allowing them to have elasty material that makes it easier to fold up when needed. Additionally, this design prevents any marks left behind during closing due to the lack of threads between layers.

Problems solved by technology

There currently exist methods that can be used during manufacturing processes such as embroidery printing onto fabrics with complicated designs without damaging their appearance. However these existing techniques require manual cutting of small areas around each design beforehand, resulting in longer processing times than desired due to increased labor requirements.

Embodiment 1

[0035] In this embodiment, the decal shape is "star" to illustrate this embodiment.

[0036] This embodiment includes the following steps:

[0037] a: mapping the preset pattern that needs to be laser cut on the fabric on the front of the fabric, where the pattern includes at least one closed contour line.

[0038] The pattern is controlled by a computer to embroider the contour line or mark line on the front of the fabric, or place the cut piece that has been drawn with the pattern directly on the front of the fabric or place the cut piece that has been cut to form a hollow pattern on the fabric. Front side, or projecting a floral pattern onto the front side of the fabric being fastened. Fabrics include but are not limited to materials such as mesh cloth, textiles, chemical fiber cloth, or silk. The pattern includes at least one closed shape contour. figure 1 In the present embodiment, "star" is used as a decal to illustrate. In actual operation, the style of decals depends

Embodiment 2

[0053] In this embodiment, steps a-g are also included.

[0054] Step a of this embodiment is the same as step a of Embodiment 1.

[0055] Such as figure 2 As shown, step b of this embodiment includes setting the mucous membrane 3 on a preset heater 5 having the same shape as the mucous membrane, and moving the heater 5 to set the mucous membrane at a position matching the pattern mapping position. The outer contour of the mucous membrane and the outer contour of the floral pattern are the same in shape but different in size, and the outer contour of the mucous membrane and the outer contour of the floral pattern are in an equal-proportional enlarged relationship. The location of the mucous membrane can be judged by pressing the fabric against the heater and viewing the heater's imprint on the fabric surface from the front side of the fabric. mobile heaters such as image 3 As shown, the fabric 2 is tensioned, and the outer contour of the heater surface is displayed on the fa

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for applique on a fabric. The method comprises the following steps: a) mapping preset patterns on the front surface of a fabric, wherein the patterns are required to be subjected to laser cutting on the fabric, and comprise at least a closed shape outline line; b) arranging an adhesive film with an adhesion on the back surface of the fabric, wherein the position is correspondingly matched with the pattern mapping position; c) carrying out a heat treatment on the adhesive film, such that the matching part of the adhesive film adhesion and the pattern position is closely adhered to the back surface of the fabric; d) according to the pattern, carrying out laser cutting on the fabric and the adhesive film to form a hollow pattern corresponding to the pattern; e) removing the adhesive film; f) covering a second fabric on an adhesion-remained position after removing the adhesive film; and g) carrying out a post-treatment. With the present invention, the problem that the complex pattern and the fabric are difficultly combined is effectively solved, and the adhesion is adopted to replace sewing, such that the fabric and the second fabric are rapidly adhered so as to improve efficiency and avoid the follow-up treatment on the sewing residue.
