Abstract

The invention provides a method, device and system for dispatching user equipment of a down link. Parts of physical resource blocks in a variable frequency band are selected to be added into a reserved frequency band according to resource load information of a first cell and channel condition information of a variable frequency band of a second cell, after the selected physical resource blocks are added into the reserved frequency band, resource load information of the second cell is provided, and the reserved frequency band of the second cell is determined according to the resource load information of the second cell to be used for dispatching the user equipment of the down link in the first cell. According to the method, device and system for dispatching the user equipment of the down link, more schedulable frequency band resources can be provided for one cell by expanding the reserved frequency band of an adjacent cell of the cell.
