Example Embodiment

[0012] The preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, so as to make a clearer and clearer definition of the protection scope of the present invention.

[0013] The embodiment of the present invention includes: a method for preparing glass wool with waterproof function, and the specific steps include:

[0014] (1) The glass wool is made by flame blowing method, the cullet is melted at high temperature and then led out, and then it is fiberized with high-speed airflow at about 1800℃.

[0015] (2) Spray a water-repellent agent on the glass fiber to fully infiltrate it. The water-repellent composition includes water-based phenolic resin, emulsified hydrogen-containing silicone oil, diluent, and emulsifier. The water-based phenolic resin is the binder and the emulsification contains hydrogen. Silicone oil is a water-repellent agent, and th

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing glass wool with a waterproof function. The method comprises the following concrete steps: (1) exporting broken glass after melting at a high temperature, and then fibering the broken glass by high-speed airflow at about 1800 DEG C; (2) spraying a waterproof agent on the glass fiber, so that the glass fiber is fully infiltrated; (3) blowing the glass fiber on which the waterproof agent is sprayed to a mesh belt of a settling chamber to form glass wool; (4) transmitting the glass wool to a roller to mold, and cutting according to the requirements; and (5) pressing the glass wool to a certain thickness according to the required unit weight, and putting into an oven at 200 DEG C to bake. In the manner, according to the method for preparing the glass wool with the waterproof function, water absorption can be prevented by the glass wool prepared by the method, construction in a rainy day is supported, and the glass wool can be exposed outdoors, so that the usage occasion is diverse, and limit of use is relieved.
