Abstract

The invention discloses a rainwater inlet with a water filtering barrel. The rainwater inlet comprises a rainwater inlet body and the water filtering barrel, wherein a rainwater grate is arranged at the connection between the rainwater inlet and a pavement; the outer wall of the water filtering barrel is provided with water filtering holes at intervals along the peripheral direction; the lowermost-end water filtering holes are not connected with a barrel bottom; moreover, no water filtering holes are formed in the barrel bottom; the upper end of the water filtering barrel is provided with edges extending outward; the inner wall of the rainwater inlet below the rainwater grate is outward concave to form a step; the edges of the water filtering barrel are placed on the step. By applying the rainwater inlet, as floating objects and suspended solids with a larger particle size entering the rainwater inlet can be effectively intercepted, the discharge of pollutants into natural water is decreased; moreover, the favorable collection and the discharge of rainwater can be guaranteed; therefore the blockage of a municipal rainwater pipe network system is reduced, so that the environmental ecological benefits and the economic social benefits are remarkable.
