The left base and the right base are symmetrically arranged on the base plate, one end of the base plate is hinged to the bottom plate, the base plate is symmetrically provided with two support rods, the support rods are hinged onto the base plate, the bottom plate is provided with adjusting plates which correspond to the support rods, the support rods are fixed into strip-shaped slide grooves in the adjusting plates by the aid of bolts, arc surfaces are respectively arranged on the opposite surfaces of the left base and the right base, the left base is arranged on the base plate via slide rails, the right base is fixedly arranged on the base plate, the lower end of the left base is connected with the lower end of the right base by elastic bandage, and an adjusting bolt is penetratingly arranged in the middle of the bottom of the right base. The upper limb fixing apparatus has the advantages that accidents such as needle dropping and blood vessel piercing in hemodialysis procedures can be prevented, and the upper limb fixing apparatus is safe and reliable; the upper limb fixing apparatus can be adjusted according to different physiques of patients, so that the patients feel comfortable after the limbs of the patients are fixed by the aid of the upper limb fixing apparatus, and normal hemodialysis can be guaranteed.
