An electronic taking-out and placing-into system for paper files is provided with a cabinet body (1) which is divided into a plurality of cabinets (2). Each cabinet is internally provided with a basket. One side of each basket is provided with a lifting hook, and the baskets are numbered. The electronic taking-out and placing-into system is provided with a basket lifting device (3) for lifting the basket.
