The cloud optimization method comprises specific implementation processes of: firstly, acquiring related data including self-service taxation terminal data, taxpayer business self-service data, council window service transaction data, server running data and taxation business system interface running data; secondly, processing and analyzing the data, summarizing a self-service taxation rule of taxpayers, and discovering problems in a self-service taxation system; and finally optimizing the self-service taxation system to provide better-quality self-service taxation services for the taxpayers and reduce management and maintenance work of tax authorities. Compared with the prior art, the cloud optimization method for the self-service taxation can summarize the self-service taxation rule of the taxpayers and discover the problems in the self-service taxation system; the self-service taxation system is optimized continuously to provide the better-quality self-service taxation services for the taxpayers; and meanwhile, the management and maintenance work of the tax authorities is reduced continuously so as to create a more harmonious tax collecting and paying relationship.
