Abstract

The invention discloses a frequency conversion constant voltage water supply experiment device based on embedded real-time simulation. The device comprises a PLC, an embedded real-time simulator, a control assembly, a functional assembly and a power source, wherein the embedded real-time simulator comprises an STM32 system, a TL431 chip, a TLC5615 chip and an LM324 chip, the PLC acquires a pipeline pressure signal outputted by the embedded real-time simulator and a frequency signal outputted to the embedded real-time simulator, the control assembly comprises a stainless steel panel, an indicating lamp, a combined switch, four buttons and a buzzer with a lamp, the functional assembly comprises a three-bit eight-segment nixie tube, two 74LS594 chips with numbers of U5 and U6 respectively, and three adjustable potentiometers RW1, RW2 and RW3, and the power source is a switch power source. The device has advantages of safety, reliability, portability, convenience, economic performance and practicality and can be widely applied to the teaching field.
