Breakfast cake

The present invention discloses a breakfast cake, characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: eggs, rice, carrots, corn kernels, green peppers, cooked ham, salt, ground pepper, pizza sauce and mozzare oftenlla; when in preparation, the cooked ham, the carrots and the green peppers are cut into cubes in one time, a proper amount of water is boiled in a non-stick pan, a little salt is added, corn is added, the carrots are cooked, then the green pepper cubes are added and coked for a moment, water is drained off, an egg is put into rice, a little salt and ground pepper are added, and stirred well, the non-stick pan is preheated, rice paste is scooped with a small spoon into the non-stick pan, and pushed into a round, the rice paste is fried with small fire until the rice paste is slightly yellow, the rice paste is turned upside down, brushed with a layer of the pizza sauce, and covered with some of the mozzare oftenlla, then blanching-cooked vegetables and the cooked ham are spread, and the mixture is covered with a lid, and heated until the mozzare oftenlla is completely melted; the breakfast cake is rich in nutrients, colorful, and very loved by children.
