Abstract

The invention discloses a hollow capsule sorting device with dual-effect sterilization double stations. The hollow capsule sorting device comprises a device body, a batched-discharging unit, a storage and sterilization unit, a first conveying mechanism, a second conveying mechanism, a third conveying mechanism, a fourth conveying mechanism and first ozone purifiers. The interior of the device body is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer by a partition plate. The first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism are mounted on the left and right sides of the upper layer correspondingly, and the third conveying mechanism and the fourth conveying mechanism are mounted on the left and right sides of the lower layer correspondingly. A plurality of ultraviolet sterilization lamp tubes are mounted on the lower side of the partition plate at equal intervals. The first ozone purifiers are mounted on the left outer side and the right outer side of the device body correspondingly. A discharging unit mounting table is arranged in the middle of the device body, a distributing hopper is mounted in the discharging unit mounting table, and the batched-discharging unit is mounted on the discharging unit mounting table. The storage and sterilization unit is mounted on the batched-discharging unit. The hollow capsule sorting device with the dual-effect sterilization double stations is reasonable in structure, wide in speed regulating range, constant in discharging and more complete in sterilization.
