The method of roll coating, dip coating or the like is adopted for evenly coating the passivation solution on the surface of the aluminium alloy, then non-chromium passivation film with good corrosion resistance is obtained after curing at the temperature above 80 DEG C, and the passivation solution meets the requirement of environment protection.
