The passivation treatment fluid is characterized in that organic resin such as waterborne acrylic resin, polyurethane or the like is adopted as a film forming agent, and a ferrate inorganic passivating agent, a stabilizing agent and a curing agent are added to prepare an organic and inorganic composite passivation solution; the concentration weight percentages of the components in the passivation solution are as follows: 10 to 25 percent of organic resin film forming agent of waterborne acrylic resin or polyurethane, 0.01 to 2 percent of ferrate inorganic passivating agent, 0.05 to 5 percent of sodium silicate passivation solution stabilizing agent, and 0 to 5 percent of curing agent; phosphoric acid is used for adjusting the pH value to 4-6; and the balance is deionized water. The method of roll coating, dip coating or the like is adopted for evenly coating the passivation solution on the surface of the aluminium alloy, then non-chromium passivation film with good corrosion resistance is obtained after curing at the temperature above 80 DEG C, and the passivation solution meets the requirement of environment protection.

The production method is realized through the following steps: (1) mixing PVC resins, a plasticizer, a stabilizing agent, a lubricant, an antioxygen agent, and organic montmorillonite according to a certain proportion; (2) performing melting and spinning by a screw extruder; (3) stretching fibers spun in the step (2), processing the stretched fibers by an extraction agent, further stretching the processed fibers so as to obtain dimensionally stable PVC fibers for hair; (4) recycling the plasticizer separated by distilling residual treating liquids, and the extraction agent with a low boiling point. The residual volume of the plasticizer in the PVC fibers prepared by the production method disclosed by the invention is small, the migration of small molecules during the use of products is effectively avoided, and the contractility of the fibers is greatly lowed, so that the lustrousness of the fibers is more similar to that of human hair. The technological method is simple, the cost is saved, and continuous high-efficiency production can be realized.
