Benefits of technology

This patented method allows for better performance at lower temperatures than previous methods while also reducing costs compared with current materials. Additionally, this new type of ceramics have excellent properties that are stable even when exposed to very cold conditions or other extreme environments over time without losing their effectiveness due to changes made during use.

Problems solved by technology

This patents discusses various technical problem addressed by this patented text relating to the use of ultrafine crystallizable tantalum oxide (Y₂O3-Thicken Ferrite)-tantalum dioxy boron complex (STIN). These compositions exhibit excellent electrical insulation characteristics like low dielectrostatic inductor constants, reduced dielectron leakage, and improved mechanical strength compared to traditional silicate ceramides called yttrium aluminum nitride(γ-ALUMzorbitaliridium)). Additionally, these composites offer better heat dissipative behavior over both low and middle wavelength ranges while maintaining superior physical property values.

Abstract

The invention discloses a stable-temperature-type low-dielectric-constant microwave dielectric ceramic Li2Ga4Ti3O13 and a preparing method thereof. The preparing method includes the steps that 1, original powder of Li2Co3 with the purity of 99.9% (weight percentage) or above, original powder of Ga2O3 with the purity of 99.9% (weight percentage) or above and original powder of TiO2 with the purity of 99.9% (weight percentage) or above are weighed and prepared according to composition of the Li2Ga4Ti3O13; 2, the raw materials in the step 1 are subjected to wet ball-milling and mixed for 12 hours, the ball-milling medium is distilled water, and the mixture is dried to be pre-sintered for 6 hours at the air atmosphere of 1,100 DEG C; 3, a bonding agent is added into the powder prepared in the step 2, the mixture is granulated, then pressed and formed and sintered for 4 hours at the air atmosphere of 1,150 DEG C to 1,200 DEG C, the bonding agent is a polyvinyl alcohol solution with the mass concentration of 5%, and the added amount of polyvinyl alcohol is 3% of the whole mass of the powder. The ceramic prepared with the method is well sintered at the temperature of 1,200 DEG C or below, the dielectric constant ranges from 22.2 to 23.1, the quality factor (Qf) value of the ceramic is up to 89,000 GHz to 115,000 GHz, the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency is small, and the stable-temperature-type low-dielectric-constant microwave dielectric ceramic Li2Ga4Ti3O13 has the quite large application value in industry.
