Abstract

The invention discloses a direct-injection analysis method for quick determination of cadmium content in dairy product. The method comprises the steps of diluting a certain amount of dairy product sample with ultra pure water to form a dilution with a certain dilution factor and directly injecting the dilution, utilizing the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to determine the cadmium content to quickly determine the cadmium content in the sample. Reducing the possibility of matrix interference to the minimum by using the palladium nitrate as the matrix modifier and combining it with the standard addition method.There is a good linear relationship between the absorbance and concentration of cadmium, with a coefficient of correlation r>=0.9990. The limit of detection (LOD) of the method is 0.8Mug/kg. The direct-injection analysis method for quick determination of cadmium content in dairy product of this invention reduces the steps of sample preparation, accelerating the analysis and improving the working efficiency, meanwhile guaranteeing the accuracy of analysis results to achieve the goal of fast and accurate analysis, which is environmentally friendly and is used as a regular monitoring technology for fast determination of cadmium content in dairy product.
