The high-pressure cleaning and watering device comprises a first water inlet, a suction pump, a storage water tank, a high-pressure pump and a water outlet which are connected with one another sequentially; and a driving assembly is included; and the driving assembly is alternatively connected with the suction pump or the high-pressure pump, and drives the suction pump in a first work station or drives the high-pressure pump in a second work station. Compared with existing watering carts, the high-pressure cleaning and watering device and the watering cart provided with the same adopts to an independent power source to drive the high-pressure pump or the suction pump to work, achieves switching between the two work stations through a shifting lever, and is simple in structure and convenient to operate.
