power consumption, complex power supply
system anddifficulty in field construction of an RTU (
Remote Terminal Unit) technology, and can obviously reduce the
power consumption of the whole monitoring and
early warning system by reasonably configuringa small number of all-
network communication modules and a large number of low-power-consumption modules in an area. A
solar battery and a storage
battery pack do not need to be additionally arranged,so that the
system erection and construction difficulty is greatly reduced; the defects that an existing RTU technology lacks
relay communication capacity and is prone to losing the monitoring and early warning functions of a
data terminal and a system are overcome, an MESH network is built between multimode communication units, a
star network is built between the multimode communication units anda control center, and the high-reliability data communication capacity is achieved. The defects of high construction cost and high communication expense of the existing RTU technology are overcome, and the construction cost of the whole system can be effectively reduced by adopting a scheme of combining a large number of low-power-consumption versions with low price and a small number of high-performance all-network versions.
